This policy explains what information ScaleBay Commerce ("ScaleBay", "we") collects when you contact us about a managed eBay store partnership, and how that information is used.

Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to send us. Enquiries are handled through Facebook Messenger, so the details you share there — your name, profile information, and the contents of your messages — are received by us and are also subject to Meta's own privacy terms. If you later become a partner, we additionally hold the business and payment details needed to operate the store agreement.

How we use it

Information is used to answer your questions, assess whether the partnership model fits your capital and expectations, and to operate an agreed partnership. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

Sharing

We share information only where it is necessary to run the service — for example with the selling platform, supplier platforms, or payment providers involved in your store — or where we are required to do so by law.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry records are kept only as long as they are useful for the conversation or required for our records. You can ask us to provide a copy of, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us through the same channel you used to reach us.

This website is a single informational page. It does not run advertising trackers or set marketing cookies. Standard server logs may record technical request data such as IP address and browser type.
